Privacy

EdmontonElks.ca is an independent fan parody site. It is not affiliated with the Edmonton Elks or the CFL.

Your Herd Card

Herd Cards are drawn in your browser. Creating or downloading one does not submit your name to our enquiry system. A personalized link includes the nickname, fan type and area you choose in its URL. Anyone with that link can read those choices. Use a nickname rather than sensitive personal information.

Ideas and enquiries

If you send an idea, we receive your name, email address, message, consent and basic page/referral information. We use it to review and respond to the enquiry. Our operator uses service providers for website hosting, contact management and internal email alerts, including Netlify, Cloudflare, GoHighLevel and Resend. This information may be processed outside Canada.

Submitting an idea does not sign you up for a newsletter. We will ask before publishing your story, name or content. Do not send health information, payment details or other sensitive information through this form.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete the details you submitted, or withdraw permission for follow-up, by emailing info@repyyc.com. Include the email address used for your enquiry. We may retain records needed to handle the request or meet legal obligations.

External links

Team, ticketing and City of Edmonton links open services with their own privacy policies. We do not sell tickets or handle ticket payments.
